We understand that plans change, weather shifts, and life happens. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our guests while also protecting the time and resources we invest in preparing each guided tour and exoskeleton fitting.
Full Refund & Cancellation Policy

Weather CancellationsList Item 1
Colorado weather changes fast, and safety comes first.
We will cancel or postpone a tour if:
- Lightning is present or forecasted
- Severe winds make the trail unsafe
- Hazardous trail conditions form (ice, washouts, etc.)
- Wildfire smoke creates unsafe air quality
- Exoskeleton equipment cannot be safely used
If we cancel because of weather
- Free reschedule
- Credit for a future tour

Health, Mobility, or Comfort ConcernsList Item 2
If during the fitting or warm-up walk we determine that:
- the exoskeleton does not fit properly,
- you are not physically stable enough for the trail, or
- the hike would not be safe for you today,
we will:
- switch you to a safer route or
- offer a full refund if the hike cannot proceed safely.
Our priority is your safety and comfort. Always.

Late ArrivalsList Item 3
Please arrive 15 minutes early for exoskeleton fitting.
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may shorten your hike time.
- Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may be treated as a no-show if we cannot safely conduct the tour.

Non-refundable.
If you don’t arrive by the start time and haven’t contacted us, we treat it as a no-show.

Outdoor hiking carries general risks such as:
- uneven surfaces
- loose rocks
- weather changes
- altitude adjustments
- minor slips or stumbles
Exoskeleton use adds potential risks, including:
- discomfort if incorrectly fitted
- reduced control if instructions are not followed
- unexpected terrain challenges requiring quick reactions

What We Do to Keep You SafeList Item 2
- Fit and adjust your exoskeleton properly
- Provide a warm-up walk to ensure comfort
- Choose trails appropriate for your skill level
- Monitor weather and trail conditions
- Set a comfortable pace with plenty of breaks
- Make route changes if needed

Your ResponsibilityList Item 3
- Wear proper footwear and clothing
- Stay hydrated
- Inform your guide of any pain, dizziness, or equipment concerns
- Follow instructions at all times
- Do not operate the exoskeleton recklessly or against recommendations
Gear Use Agreement

Proper UseList Item 1
- Use the exoskeleton only as shown during the briefing.
- Do not alter straps, joints, or settings without guide approval.
- Keep the device clean and dry unless instructed otherwise.

DamageList Item 2
Normal wear and trail dust are expected. However, guests may be responsible for repair costs if equipment is damaged due to:
- reckless misuse
- intentional damage
- ignoring safety instructions

Reporting IssuesList Item 3
Notify your guide immediately if:
- something feels loose or uncomfortable
- you notice unusual noises
- balance or support feels inconsistent

Return of EquipmentList Item 4
All gear must be returned at the end of the tour to your guide.
