Colorado weather changes fast, and safety comes first.

We will cancel or postpone a tour if:

• Lightning is present or forecasted severe winds make the trail unsafe

• Hazardous trail conditions form (ice, washouts, etc.)

• Wildfire smoke creates unsafe air quality

• Exoskeleton equipment cannot be safely used

If we  cancel because of weather

• Free reschedule

• Credit for a future tour

If during the fitting or warm-up walk we determine that:

• the exoskeleton does not fit properly,
• you are not physically stable enough for the trail, or
• the hike would not be safe for you today,

we will:

• switch you to a safer route or
• offer a full refund if the hike cannot proceed safely.

Our priority is your safety and comfort. Always.

Please arrive 15 minutes early for exoskeleton fitting.

• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may shorten your hike time.
• Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may be treated as a no-show if we cannot safely conduct the tour.
